do you plan to run at 100m this year for some speed or have you ever ran 100m..any other long jumpers run 100m occasionally..i know rutherford was running the 60m this year..what sort of times can the fast long jumpers run the 100m…i have always wondered what kind of times ljers can run.i hope your ankle is ok now..
