So, my ankle is better now. It was really nice to be able to jog again with no pain. Unfortunatley my fibula pain is really pain when i do any runs over 10m’s. Lifting went really well though. another pr in the bench. I got 285 today.
I have an xray tomorrow to see if there is any bone damage! Please everything wish for positive results.
