I’m relatively new to your board, and this is my first posting. I just wanted to say the forum/blog is a great idea and fair play to you for keeping us all informed. It’s very useful to see how you train.
I’m a club long jumper based in London and I’m very eager to get a bit of momentum back into my athletics but like you have been hit by knee, ankle and hamstring injuries. Be careful with you injuries/niggles. It’s tough some times when you are looking forward to training/competing to take a couple of days off. Tuning into your rundown of your training will hopefully keep me plugging away with the training.
