Today was good. This week has been great really, def the best week so far. Today i managed to run 3 150’s and didnt feel that tired afterwards. My fitness is improving a lot. 17 seconds felt very easy as well. I kinda feel like a new person at the moment, it’s quite funny really. Things i’m doing in training that used to be hard are now really easy. Exciting times! Tomorrow rest.
