Today wasn’t such a good day. My rhythm was totally off. I spent more time running through the pit than jumping. Adding 11 strides again and using a random order probably did it. Taking off from 11 strides felt horrible, way too slow. I’m not understanding the purpose of taking off so slow during competition phase. I would prefer to do 2-3×15 stride jumps with full recovery. This keeps in line with competition mode. Today felt sluggish and very low quality. The rest of the week will be much better im sure.
