Well, good guess those who guessed. I jumped exactly 7.50m today on the first 2 jumps. (bear in mind 2 years ago on monday i jumped 7.54m in competition)
Run throughs started really well, although i got pretty fatigued quickly and was slowing down over the final 10m during the 3 jumps. I am not ready for 5+ 41m approaches with good jumps yet. Im sure i would jump better right now from 17. Overall i was pretty pleased, Mike has the videos, maybe he’ll put them up on here. I’m optimistic that when im in better shape, we unload the training and im in actually competition with a board that i have a few more cm’s left in me.
