Nice easy day…Spent lots of time over last couple of days trying to fix my IT bands. Feel much better today. We are going with a short approach day which is tomorrow and 2 CNS type days this week with an extra day of rest. It will be a moderate load week which should help me be pretty fresh for Sat. Very early meet, but i’d still like to get off to a good start.
