Good day today…definitely feeling more fit and recovering faster in between reps, always feels a little weird the first day doing single leg bounds again but felt pretty springy so that was good. I love bounding!
I still hate Turkish getups with a passion but I guess you could say they were easier than 2 weeks ago. Testing on wed and fri of this week…not sure exactly what we are doing but should be fun. There is some high schooler who has the facility record in the 10 meters which pisses me off a little and I’d love to get it. Not that it’s terribly important but still want to kick him off the record books.
