slightly less tiring day today…glad we cut out the lifting circuits. Reason being we are testing tomorrow. I think we are doing 10,30 and squat testing. Was hoping we’d do some slj or stj type stuff for testing but maybe that will be on friday, who knows. Side note…didnt sleep well at all last night, feel ok today but might be a little sluggish for tomorrow, not really too worried about it though.
