Really looking forward to meet tonight. Have an idea of what to expect but am still a little nervous and excited. I’d like to jump atleast 23′ but I think I can go farther in LJ. Hurdles I think I could hit a PR first meet (8.25 is PR now) but I will be happy with something close to that. Shot I also think I can PR(13.11 is current) so we shall see. The 200 is more for training purposes because I am up in PA and actually having access to a track is slim pickens and there is snow all over the place. It will be on a banked track and I haven’t done an indoor 200 since sophomore year I believe. I think I ran 22 high…guessing I could go 22.2ish? Should be fun.
