Really awesome day today. Got great sleep past two nights which helped out a lot. All discus throws were pretty solid and then I had a bomb that had to be atleast 42m…it was effortless and just out there. HJ practice went pretty well and hurdles were really fast! Probably fastest reps of the year. WR stuff was pretty easy and I am feeling good.
