Thanks Matt…yeah I am feeling pretty strong pretty early on which is good. Yes the sand runs suck but I guess it’s just all part of the plan. Ringo…did you mean General Endurance Circuit?…I think it’s actually called something else, Ringo is the plank circuit. But if you are talking about the GE Circuit, are you talking about the one with 1 minute runs and you are doing rows in place of them? I am sure that will still suck a lot if you get after it on rower. Have fun!
