Oh wow then that is very impressive that you are jumping in the 3.4-3.5 range. I’m not sure how much it would affect me but I know it would definitely go down if I wasn’t pushing off the edge. I assumed you did it the same way since that is they way Mike always has his athletes do it.

Solid day today. Was hoping that it would be more of a recovery day than it actually was, but the volume was still a little lower than last week. Felt solid afterwards but it certainly wasn’t an easy day. Tomorrow we are testing in Squat, Bench, 30m, BLF, OHB. I’d like to go 3.96 in the 30, Squat 370, Bench 230, BLF and OHB over 50′. Excited to see where I’m at.
