Still feeeling a tiny bit sore from 3 step squats but definitely a lot better. Felt nice and bouncy during the tempo runs and pretty fit. Medball circuit was challenging but I really liked doing it. Was getting a little tanked doing the WR circuits but still feeling stronger each day.
