Thanks for clarification Brendon. I have done that first exercise that you mentioned against the wall but have never done it consistently and earlier on in the year we do a lot of medball work for jav but then that shifts later in the season. I’ll have to try out the second one you mentioned because it would be nice to feel that sensation since I don’t think I have ever felt exactly how it should feel.

Really happy with today although it was a little inconsistent. I was happy with the 3.92 but other two times were 4.00 and 3.99 which isn’t all that great. I didn’t like doing a fly right out of a 30m test because I feel like I run differently and also need a slightly longer run in to reach max V. The times I was hitting for the flys were 1.05ish for the first two and then the third one didn’t register. Mike said the new timing system doesn’t register anything if its under a second so I am guessing that meant that my last 2 flys were both under a second which is good but I have no idea how little or how much under. Power Cleans went surprisingly well considering I haven’t been going too heavy. I was going to go for 286 after the 275 since it felt pretty easy but Mike talked me into going for a PR which was 290 so I went for 4 pounds more. I got it up really well and got under it just couldn’t finish so that was cool. Overall some solid test numbers. Tiny little PV meet on sunday then back at it.
