Shoulder Mobility Work
Day wasn’t too shabby. PV stuff was very productive and we had some good help from a friend of mine who knows PV. We also took video of everything so it was nice to get the feedback plus see everything. The tempo was tough. Mainly because my body is just fatigued and sore from the week. WR stuff wasn’t too bad and I kept the weight lighter for some lower body exercises. Tomorrow will be a light day which is exactly what I need! I can’t believe I’ll be competing in 48 hrs.
