Sprints felt way better than monday. Felt really good actually. A few of my toes have been hurting some when I toe off on left leg. Felt it some at end of last season but it’s weird bc it will come and go somewhat and doesn’t affect me too much. Jumps felt pretty solid today. There are going to be some bounding battles this year and I can’t wait! It’s probably one of my favorite things to do training wise. WR stuff was pretty easy as well.
