Pretty easy day today. Shot throws sucked but it was 30 degrees out and very tough to throw. Had a couple out at 40 but had very shitty form..probably partially because of the cold. Runs weren’t too bad. My body is getting very use to yolanda and extended and I am looking forward to switching it up next cycle. Meet this friday possibly at Virginia Tech and then next week at Liberty instead of PSU or Bucknell. Will be less competition but much more convienent. Was going to do part of a pent at CNU this weekend but they no longer do pents so I wouldn’t get to hurdle unless I waited for day two so I am switching meets…hopefully. I am ready to compete!
