Little bit disappointed with today. Achilles was bothering me some so I stopped doing hurdles. Might have agitated it during HJ. Was getting good height from 5 step but was lazy in the air so although I should have cleared 6 8, I didn’t. WR stuff felt good in the PM. Tomorrow is off because this is a rest week. Looking forward to that.
