core wheel 50ok guys yesterday after running i met a friend out for lunch and i had fish and chips, cole slaw and rolls about 45min after eating i was sick arse hell so i relaxed for a couple hours then did my strength training, keep in mind i threw up twice. it was my worst day ever in the weightroom my Achilles is kinda sore from whatever happen on the cleans and my left quad was hurting from last week squat workout. so i decide to rest today totally and get ready for tomm. also my agent spoke to the team that i was suppose to be working out for on jan 14 we cancel the workout bc it wasn't in our best interest, i have another tryout on tap feb 10, 2007.
I don't get it. How was it your worst day ever in the weightroom if you hit 102% on both pc and bsq? Or is that just your intended workout, which you cut out, that I see?

lol, that was my intended workout but i was only able to get through the warmup sets, i were too weak after the food posion.
