ok guys guys im starting the third week of my intense spp workouts, im really happy that my body is adjusting to the workouts – i was getting scared at one point. it took my body about a week to adjust to the gpp workouts and about 2 weeks to adjust to the spp workouts – so i am on schedule bc at the beginning of my spp workouts i gave myself 3 weeks to adjust. overall my body feels pretty good and i am no longer feeling sleepy all day. lol
