OK guys I'm gonna take another small step today in my comeback i will add lite weight leg drills. There is no pain or stiffness in the area but still want to wait a couple more days. 400mg of advil

first session:
heating cream, stretch, foam roll massage, weights, and ems on site+ice 10min gentle pulse,10min 12on/8off increase intensity, 10min 2on/2off gentle pulse
second session:
lite stretching and ems above+ice 10min gentle pulse,10min 12on/8off increase intensity, 10min 2on/2off gentle pulse
third session:
lite stretch,and ems above+ice 10min gentle pulse,10min 12on/8off increase intensity, 10min 2on/2off gentle pulse
fourth session:
lite stretching and ems above+ice 10min gentle pulse,10min 12on/8off increase intensity, 10min 2on/2off gentle pulse
weight workout will be done at my house with db's.
squats 2×30
lite weights:
lunges 2×10
rev lunges 2×10
stiff dl 2×10
1 leg stiff dl 2×10
