heating cream, stretch, foam roll massage, high intensity ems on quads/lower back/gluts/both hamstrings (quads) 5on/55off, (lower back, gluts, hamstring) 10on/50off. after completing the max strength ems for the injured hamstring i will do 10min of gentle pulse+ice 20min.
lite stretching and ems on site+ice 10min gentle pulse,10min, 10min 2on/2off gentle pulse.
lite stretching and ems above+ice 10min gentle pulse,10min 12on/8off 2on/2off gentle pulse.
nothing to really report today, there's no soreness from the weights but then again the weights were very lite. Tomm i may get into some heavier lower body lifts and on friday i will have my first real lower body workout.
