i train normally, run and the aerobics, have my weigh training down, testing out methods for max strength gain to help on the track. Track is fine, i eat fine i might over indulge but i will lose weight to a certain extent and no matter which method i try it will stay at that weight, and if i eat something else for the week it iwll go up. That magical weight number is 162 my body doesnt wanna go lower then that. Unless i starve myself or something, maybe i shuld go to the doctor. Although my doc says im completely normal in everything. Mike i might be some anomally, im very flat footed as well yet i supinate rather then pronate although it looks like i pronate. Very strange i hav eto figure this out.
