Since im such a nublett,
I suppose that it’s high time that I post some nublett like questions.
[color=blue]1. How much can I increase my stride in 3 weeks?[/color]
[color=purple]2. How much can I lower my 100 and 200m times in 3 weeks?[/color]
[color=red]3. How would you prepare for a competition when you know you’re going to get savagely molested in all of your events?[/color]

#1- i would not try to increase your stride. stride length will increase over your career as power levels improve. you could manually increase it a foot probably but that would be ill advised. mabye 1″ or so naturally in 3 weeks with no reaching.
#2- totally depends on many conditions like your motivation, the weather, and the wind speed and direction. i would say a few tenths is possible.
#3- i would avoid competitions where you will get savagely molested unless they are your only option. try to seed yourself in with competition just slightly better than or equal to you.
