I looked over the workouts, calculated percents based on the pace and I found that I was really lacking speed endurance. The majority of the work was Acc. Dev., Ext. Tempo, some Int. Tempo, some short speed work, but very little SE, and SE1. I believe that I can keep the workouts the same, just work the numbers a bit. Can SE or SE1 be done in the same week with Int. Tempo?
I am not all to familiar with which types of workouts can go together during various cycles… Meaning can you lump SE and SE1 in the same week or SE and Int. Tempo or SE1 and Int. Tempo? Just a few questions that I need to brush up on…
