What does this sugar have to do with IGF-1 other than they are both found in breast milk. I’m aware of the benefits associated with IGF-1 but don’t really see how the sugar comes in to play? Maybe I’ve misunderstood.
Also, the time to exhaustion studies seem to indicate that it would be of more benefit to an endurance benefit. Do you think this would have any significant effect on a power athlete?
