Nope BP was actually 100%….that's a typo….fixing it now. The BP was actually somewhat of a 'rest station' despite probably being my weakest of the four exercises.
Volume is the devil. You should have a debate with a TJer I know who trains an average of 1x per week and can still go 50'+ easy. There was also some dude at an indoor meet a few years ago on TV. Ran the 400 in like 45.9. Said he ran once per week.
Maybe you can do this workout once a week and become elite :eureka:
