Interesting, I'd never be able to do the BP, 10 reps at 250lbs would blow me away, not to mention 45 others I would have to complete at this weight, I could probably handle the 250 lb squats and the 150 lb cleans. The pull ups would be interesting too. It might take me a whole day to complete and I would be toast for 2 weeks, but try it on one of your lesser athletes there in their 3rd or 4th year and see how they respond it might suprise you.
