Ok, a couple of these I need help understanding:
1. Kneeling Good Morning – The way you described it is kinda like a squat holding a med ball. Is this correct?
2. Medial Kicks – It would seem to be difficult to kick a med ball. Some of these balls are anywhere from 10-12 lbs. Can't you injure yourself doing that, or do I not understand how to do this one?
2a. Same thing for Lateral Kicks.
3. What is the purpose of the Kneeling OH Forward?
4. Explain the Prone OH Back.
