I was thinking stiffness in terms of mobility which was my problem last year. I couldn’t extend my legs straight and plenty of problems with groin and calvies. The calf pain was dude to the track I train on, it was a dusty sandy surface not tartan. Everything is sorted this season but I go a ankle ligerment damage while doing plyometrics. It doesnt affect my sprinting only long distance run.
