    2* 30 m skip for distance
    4* SLJ
    4* standing 5-jump

    2* 20 m single leg hops
    sled pulls in spikes 3* 30 m @ 15 kg, 3* 30 m @ 10 kg
    broad jumps 2*6

    squat ATG 6* 125 kg, 4* 145 kg, 4* 150 kg
    single leg RDL 2*6

    Little pain in left achilles but it didn’t disturb too much.
