To answer Russell Zacharias question, I’m not totally sure, I think I’ve lost count…
Ummm, in the past 11 months I think its been 3 hamstring strains, 1 groin strains, 4 quad strains, 1 hip flexor, and 3 or 4 sprained ankles from soccer if that makes any difference.
After I warm up I usually feel good, can feel my legs warm and starting to sweat, usually I get tired in the beginning of it but by the end I’m fine.
As for the muscle imbalances, it seems like it could be a possibility, cause I have been starting to injure my hamstrings more than my quads, actually I haven’t injured my quads for a few months, just the hamstrings/groin. Is this because my posterior chain is weaker or stronger then my anterior chain? Any exercises anyone know that could help re-balance my muscles?
