I was kinda all over the place with my track work today because i was a bit distracted with some people that came to the track with me…also i’ve been noticing i feel very very tired and slow by the end of my 100m runs. Granted i’ve been running into heavy headwinds every time i’ve run a 100m but its still very frustrating
