    May 1st
    Squats 325lbs x 3

    Shoulder Press 55lbs, 60lbs, 65 lbs

    Lunges 60 lbs, 65 lbs, 70 lbs

    Front raises 25 lbs, 30 lbs x 2

    Leg Press 630 lbs, 540 lbs x 2

    Lateral Raises 25 lbs, 25 lbs, 30 lbs

    *5-6 reps of everything

    May 2nd

    Bi and Tri workout

    Later in the afternoon i got the track

    Dynamic Warmup

    3 point start 60s x 3

    3 point start 100m

    Rolling start 30m x 3

    I was kinda all over the place with my track work today because i was a bit distracted with some people that came to the track with me…also i’ve been noticing i feel very very tired and slow by the end of my 100m runs. Granted i’ve been running into heavy headwinds every time i’ve run a 100m but its still very frustrating
