spilt session workout:
4 x 4 x 40m 90 second btw reps and 5min btw sets.
turnarounds are just like CW mention "suicides" but really focusing on acc tech each time you stop – plant – explode out. I have to check my notes because i got the workouts from Curtis Frye he love during turnarounds in the fall, i believe he start out at 20-30m and gradually work out to 100m.
Why so much rest between reps?
