20/3/11 (green tea and 200mg caffiene)
Hammy was a bit tight but got on with it ands went the gym;
Bicep curls; 3x(12x10kg each arm)
Hang Cleans; 4x35kg, 4x40kg
Parallel Back squats; 8x75kg, 8x90kg, 6x100kg
Bench; 8x50kg, 6x55kg, 4x60kg
Deadlifts; 4x75kg, 3x80kg
Hang cleans were ok, technique was a bit rusty as I havent been in the gym for 18 days, could deffo clean more but with no platform to drop it in i have to hold back a bit … squats were really good, need to test 3RM soon … bench was ok, always my weakest because of my poor upper body ‘strength’ and by deadlifts i was tired and hammy was feeling a bit tender when lifting, so just did two sets not very heay as i didnt wana risk it
