80/90/100 with 1 minute recovery then 3×100 with 1.5 min recovery. Can’t really tell what percent I was runnign at because I don’t know what speed I have. I feel ok doing fast strides/accelerations in trainers over 20/30m but doubt I could hold it at all

Went to see physio today, got a lot of exercises to do on my core now which is ridiculously weak. Cant even do something as simple as stand on one leg with my eyes closed … training tomorrow
