Blocks; 2x30m, 2x40m, 2x50m
Felt pretty good today, drive phase felt aggressive and pick up was strong, feeling less restricted when running and more confident to push it
Yes I’m racing at trafford, think I’ll just opt for the B race there for a nice comfortable race back, don’t want to be pushing too hard, last race there was won by the english schools champion so wouldn’t really fancy racing that calibre athlete straight away especially as i want to just be maintaining from about 80, not straining too hard …
