Right leg hops over 10 small hurdles x2
Alternate leg hops over 10 small hurdles x3
Iced shins and 10-15 mins rest
4×150 lane 4 indoors at 100%/95/95/100
The times were 16.5, 16.7, 16.7, 16.7
Quite happy with that, was lifting yesterday so my lower back, hamstrigns and glutes, even arms and shoulders were very stiff. And my quads suprsingly were very sore, was strugglign to lift htem when doing hurdles and drills, so those times and the consistency of them as well bode well I think.
Resting tomorrow as I’ve doen three intense days on the row.
