10x100m (4×100/3×100/3×100) at 80% with 30 secs recovery and 5-6 minutes rest between sets.
Was shattered after that. All my fitness has gone after 2 months of accel and speed work! Hoping ot get fitter and fitter each week. Should step up as high as 150 maybe even 200 next week haha!
