Clean and Jerks – 4x40kg (also best attmept)
Bench press – 5x55kg, 4x55kg, 4x55kg (very bad, best attempt – 3 sets of 6x60kg)
Deep squats – 8x75kg, 6x75kg, 6x75kg (best attempt – 4x95kg, 8x95kg, 8x95kg, 6x95kg)
Notice i put best attempt instead of pb, as i havent been confident to attempt 1RM on anything
