First lifting session in 12 days so was lighter than normal, also im racing saturday … I tried these hip thrusts however i at first found it a difficult position to get in (probably cos the weights weren’t ‘tall enough’, and i didnt ‘feel the burn’. I think the load was too light however I didnt want it to be too high as i dont know hat i can lift on them.
Started taking ZMA
