    Lifting today;

    Bicep curls; 10×22, 8×22, 8×22
    Power lunges
    Single leg c and j
    ATG jump squats (no bar)

    Deadlifts; 6×165.3, 4×209.4

    Bench; 6×110.2, 6×110.2, 4×110.2

    Hip thrusts; 8×110.2, 6×110.2, 8×132.3

    Clean and jerks; 4×77

    ATG squats; 6×198.4, 6×198.4, 5×198.4

    First lifting session in 12 days so was lighter than normal, also im racing saturday … I tried these hip thrusts however i at first found it a difficult position to get in (probably cos the weights weren’t ‘tall enough’, and i didnt ‘feel the burn’. I think the load was too light however I didnt want it to be too high as i dont know hat i can lift on them.
