Normally do circuits tonight, but instead i ddi a track session as Im racing this Saturday (North of England championships). First of only three indoor meets for me so I want to me as sharp as possible for each one.
Warm up;

Sprint form drills
Few hurdle drils
Hurdle hops
Strides, dynamic stretch
Falling starts x3
Max Velocity/Speed Endurance session;
4x40m flys with 25m run in, 5-6 minute recovery.
Felt pretty sharp, held a good speed on the flys – technique feels sound.
Ankle is a bit sore, in the same place where i hurt it in the summer. Going to be icing it a lot over next few days.
