7 efforts with 3 minutes recovery
This hills prettyy tough as it gets really steep towards the end, its a path though so can move pretty quick on it. Lactic built up last few, felt like I was going to be sick after it. Good session!
Had a footlong bmt from subway to recover along with my shake, had a good catch up with my 800/1500m mate in his house, he’s trainign really well at the minute. Then went to get my recovery shake on the way home but the shop was shut.
Weather was nice this morning, able to do the session with no tops on. Dunno whether to do core this afternoon or leave it for post gym tomorrow. Think I’ll do it today because I’m more fresh having had a rest day. Got a lot of reading to do and also another uni application for Loughborough for next year which I need to get out the way
