Extensive tempo;
6x150m with 2 minutes recovery in 20secs
Just a nice recovery session to give the CNS a break from all the high neural stuff i’ve been doing. Also a bit of a shock to the system as I havent done short recovery in a while, means the body won’t plateu from doign the same sessiosn all the time
