AM – lifting;
Good mornings; 10x20kg, 10x30kg, 10x35kg
Deadlifts; 8x60kg, 8x70kg, 8x80kg
Bench press with 9x7kg back lfy super sets; 12x60kg, 9x65kg, 9x65kg (had less than 2 minute recovies, happy with that)
Goblet squats; 10x32kg, 10x44kg
Pull ups; 3×15
Dragons; 6x6kg, 6x7kg, 7x8kg
So it’s my birthday today, the big 20. Man I feel old, celebrated it on Saturday and boy did i drink too much. Was drinking grey goose vodka like it was going out of fashion, ended up fallign in my mates and splitting my lip on and oven handle and badlt hurting my hip and elbow. Was still able to lift today though, will have to see how running goes tomorrow.
Had a big meal out with the family at lunch, fillet steak for tea tonight. But core to be done first!
