5x box jumps (about a metre high, from a rocking sort of start or a counter jump)
Specific endurance session (100mg caffiene, then 50mg during recovery after second rep)
3x250m from blocks (and reaction) in lane 1 indoors with 15 and 20 mins recovery;
29.72, 29.9, 29.57
pretty happy with that, first time in spikes since I’ve started winter.
I’ve also begun the process of completely changing my blocks settings, been starting with my left leg forward when my right is much stronger, so changing that round. First rep my blocks slipped and i stumbled out badly so that could’ve been a 29.5 or quicker rep as well.
This was all after sitting in 45 minutes of traffic or so (a journey that should take under 45 minutes took nearly an hour and a half).
