Speed endurance from blocks;
2×110, 3×150 at 95% with 8-12 mins recovery
First go out the blocks i got left and didnt catch my partner till about 50m to go, then on the 2nd one i got a really good start and the first 150 we went from blocks and that was ok, last two we went from 3 point.
Stil not feeling 100%, flooded myself with vitamin C though yesterday so felt a lot better
