i was feeling it after this session, my coach reckons I was holding back on the first 2 reps as well, still getting used to pacing these length of runs
250’s are quick indoors. What time are you hoping to run indoors?
I have no idea what I can run which is scary and exciting, I wanna see what I run for 300m in sheffield in 4 weeks time, and then running a 200m on the 8th Jan at sport city, then I will see what i can realistically hope to run.
