Anyhow, discussion short, I had a coach instructing me about making noise and hitting the ground hard. I then heard from someone else to focus on just going fast with some thought towards lifting your kness up. I know giving some focus to lifting my knees helped drastically for me, but to each they’re own. Focusing on my knee lift, and my body strikes the ground to counter balance with maximum force automatically..
